Twila Remboldt, 62, Gackle, ND died Thursday morning April 13, 2006 at the Med Center One Hospital in Bismarck, ND.
Twila Dockter was born January 10, 1944 at Streeter, ND, the daughter of Adolph and Florence (Strehle) Dockter. She attended the Streeter Public School and grew to womanhood in the vicinity.
She and Clayton Remboldt were married July 16, 1960 at Streeter, ND where they resided until 1962, when they moved to Lincoln, Neb. In 1964, they returned to Streeter, ND, where they owned and operated the Streeter Bar. In 1966, they moved to Gackle, ND, where she began employment in the Gackle Meat Locker. In 1977, she started working with the Co-operative Elevator Company of Gackle as a bookkeeper and later as bookkeeper of the Gackle Grain Co-op for a total of 28 years.
She was a member of the Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Gackle. She enjoyed baking, cooking, cleaning and spending time with family and friends. In 2004, Twila was an active member of the Gackle City Council until 2005.
She is survived by her husband, 3 sons, Scott Remboldt, Williston, ND, Cordell (Zina) Remboldt, Bismarck, ND, Chad Remboldt, Lenexa, KS, 2 grandchildren, Cody and Allison Remboldt, Bismarck, ND, her mother, Florence Dockter-Heier, Gackle, ND, and 1 brother, Michael Dockter, Fargo, ND.
She was preceded in death by her father Adolph Dockter.

The funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. Monday April 17, 2006 in the Emmanuel Lutheran Church at Gackle, ND with Rev. Russ Pollock, officiating.
Prayer Service: 7 PM Sunday at the Haut Funeral Home in Gackle.
The interment will be made in the Gackle Cemetery at Gackle, ND.
