Tiffiney Jo (Struble) Dick, 50, of Courtenay ND, died peacefully Saturday November 27, 2021 at Sanford Health in Fargo surrounded by her family. Tiffiney was diagnosed with cancer in August of 2020. She fought her battle with courage, dignity and determination.
Tiffiney was born in Jamestown ND on June 3, 1971 to Charles and Darlene (Klima) Struble. She graduated from Jamestown High School in Jamestown ND. Tiffiney continued her education at Interstate Business College in Fargo ND where she graduated with a paralegal degree. Tiffiney and Lee Dick were united in marriage on March 29th, 2003. They made their home in Jamestown before moving out to their farm in Courtenay ND. Tiffiney led an accomplished and diverse career including Newman Signs, the Stutsman County Courthouse, Dardis Realty, Keller Appraisals, Courtenay City Auditor as well as an Assessor for many Townships in the area. After becoming a licensed appraiser, she started her own business, Riser Appraisal Services.
Tiffiney loved her family and friends. She had the ability to make you feel heard and cared for. Tiffiney saw the good in people and helped them see the good in themselves. She always greeted you with a smile, had strong faith and approached life with optimism. Tiffiney loved all animals, and whenever there was one in need she would find a way to bring it home and take care of it. She loved to go for walks on the country road with her dogs, Bear, Winnie, Copper and Pepper. She was an avid gardener, devoted supporter of the local 4H group, an active 4H volunteer at the Stutsman County Fair and a member of the Stutsman County 4-H Livestock Committee. She was an active member of the Courtenay Community Fund set up by the Courtenay Wind Farm. Most of all, Tiffiney adored her children, and loved supporting them in all their activities.
Tiffiney is survived by her husband, Lee and children, Jonah and Evyn, Courtenay ND. She is also survived by her Parents, Chuck and Darlene Struble, Jamestown, ND; two brothers Cory (Deb) Struble, Jamestown, ND and Dave (Leslie) Struble, Valley City, ND; her aunts and uncles; and 7 beloved nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Howard and Louise Struble; and her maternal grandparents, Frank and Ruby Klima.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday December 4, 2021 in Trinity Lutheran Church in Jamestown, ND.
The Prayer Service will be at 7:00 PM Friday December 3, 2021 at Haut Funeral Home.
