Paul F. 'Sonny' Orner

Paul F. Orner, 67, Jamestown, ND died Monday morning May 20, 2013 at his home in Jamestown, ND.

Paul Orner was born January 19, 1946 at Carlisle, PA, the son of Paul Orner Sr. and Sadie Irene (Wickard) Orner. He received his elementary education at the local school and helped on the farm.

He entered the US Air Force December 18, 1969 at Carlisle, PA and served in San Antonio, TX. He was discharged from the military on January 9, 1970 at San Antonio, TX.

He was a truck driver for many years and also worked as a farm laborer in Oklahoma. He moved to Jamestown in 2000. For a short time he lived in Carrington and moved back to Jamestown.

He was a member of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Jamestown. He had a great love for being on the open road and especially riding his Harley Davidson.

He is survived by 3 nieces, Jill Kuhns and Janet Kuhns, both of Newville, PA and Mary Eutzy, Shippensburg, PA.

He was preceded in death by his parents and 1 sister, Kay Kuhns.

Memorial Service - 7:00 PM Friday May 24, 2013 at the Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Jamestown with Pastor Darren Purdy, officiating.
