Milton (Jr.) Millspaugh, 75, Jamestown, ND died Tuesday morning December 20, 2005 at the Jamestown Hospital in Jamestown, ND.

Milton Millspaugh was born November 17, 1930 near Dickey, ND, the son of Andreas Millspaugh and Lillian (Jacobson) Millspaugh. He attended the local school where he received his elementary education and grew to manhood in the vicinity.

He entered the United State Marine Corp February 26, 1951 at Los Angeles, CA and served during the Korean Conflict. He was honorably discharged February 18, 1954 with the rank of Staff Sergeant.

He and Elaine Kramer were married May 9, 1951 and farmed SE of Dickey and later NW of Berlin, ND. They moved back to Dickey where he drove truck for North American Van Lines. He went to work at the Froehlich Livestock in LaMoure until moving to Jamestown where he worked for Standard Oil Transport and also farmed south of Eldridge. Following his retirement from trucking he settled on a farm near Alfred, ND. In 2003 he moved into Jamestown where he has resided.

He was a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Jamestown, served as President of the Circle Cross Riding Club, participating in shows with his horse Kally, and also loved playing guitar.

He is survived by his 4 children, Mike (Cheryl) Millspaugh, Grand Forks, ND, Patty (Ernie) Schwab, Redland, CA, Wendy (Wayne) Clemens, Glyndon, MN, Mary (Bryan Vendsel) Hinschberger, West Fargo, ND, 7 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, 3 sisters, Eva (Neil) Roscoe, Fargo, ND, Donna Larson, Fargo, ND, and Jeanette (Fergus) McCleary, Dickey, ND, and a special care giver, Priscilla Gallagher.

He was preceded in death by 1 son, Audie Jay, his parents and 1 sister, Eunice.

The funeral service will be at 1:00 P.M. Friday December 23, 2005 at the Haut Funeral Homes in Jamestown, ND, with Rev. Dave Stuart, officiating.

The interment will be made in the Dickey Cemetery at Dickey, ND.
