Mary Ellen Peacock

Mary Ellen Peacock, 71, Jamestown, ND died Tuesday January 18, 2022 at Ave Maria in Jamestown.

Mary Miller was born August 29, 1950 at Keansberg, NJ, the daughter of Alexander and Marion G. (Vacarella) Miller. She attended school, graduated and later received her master’s degree in nursing.

She and John W. Peacock were married in 1971 at Dade County, FL while he was in the armed services. They made their home in Miami and later they both worked overseas. They returned to Miami where she worked as a nurse. Following the death of her husband, February 8, 2021 she moved to ND to be close to her family.

Mary is survived by her son, Christopher A. Peacock, and 1 grandson JD Peacock.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and 1 brother in 2002.
