Kyle L Henderson

Kyle Lee Henderson passed away on December 30, 2024 in Jamestown, ND.

Kyle was born April 24, 1972 in Hennepin County, Minn. to David and Margie (Palmquist) Henderson.

Kyle attended Elk River High School, graduating in 1990. After graduation, he enlisted in the US Army and became an Airborne Counterintelligence Agent. He served from 1990-1995 with a tour in Kuwait as a member of Company C 319th Military Intelligence Battalion. His daughter, Cerenity, was born during his time of service. He was honorably discharged and lived in North Carolina for a time.

Kyle moved back to Minnesota to live near his family and in June 2004 he bought a home in rural New York Mills. He worked at BTD Manufacturing in Detroit Lakes, Minn. and Haarslev Inc. in Perham, Minn.

One of Kyle’s favorite pastimes was hunting and Minnesota’s woodlands gave him the opportunity to shoot ducks, geese, grouse, and deer among other game, with his dad, uncle, and lifelong friends Steve Lucking and Troy Henderson. He enjoyed shooting sports and attending gun fairs to grow his collection. He always enjoyed a good brat and a cold beer after a day of shooting clay pigeons with friends at his home. Kyle is preceded in death by his parents, David and Margie. He is survived by his brother, Chris (Laarnie) Henderson; daughter, Cerenity (Jacob) Streiff; granddaughter, Ava; a grandchild due in July; aunts, Iris Natoli and Judy (Dick) Tischler; and uncle, Mike (Judy) Palmquist.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
