Esther Entzi

Esther Entzi, 91, Wishek, ND died Saturday morning November 11, 2006 in the Wishek Home for the Aged.

Esther Munsch was born August 29, 1915 in Logan County the daughter of Karl Munsch Sr. and Ottila (Widmer) Munsch. She attended the local rural school and grew to womanhood in the vicinity where she helped on the family farm.

She and Andrew Entzi were married October 3, 1932 at Ashley, ND in McIntosh County. They made their home on a farm southwest Fredonia, ND where they farmed from 1932 to 1973 when they retired and moved into Lehr. Andrew passed away March 6, 1988. She continued to reside in Lehr until February of 2001 when she moved to Wishek.

She was a member of the Ebenezer Baptist Church in Lehr, ND.

She is survived by her 2 sons and 2 daughters, Fred Entzi, Strausburg, ND, Leo (Patricia) Entzi, Fredonia, ND, Lucille (Ervin) Glaesman, Lehr, ND, Arlys (Marvin) Kuhn, Gackle, ND, 9 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, 1 sister, Hulda Nelson, Barrett, MN, 1 brother, Herman (Lucille) Munsch, Kulm, ND, 2 sister-in-laws, Rose Veil, Eugene, OR, Selma Entzi, Lodi, CA, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 1 son, 4 brother and 6 sisters.

The funeral service will be at 11:00 A.M. Thursday November 16, 2006 at the Ebenezer Baptist Church in Lehr, ND, with Rev. Daniel Pelletier, officiating.

The interment will be made in the Lehr Cemetery at Lehr, ND.

The funeral arrangements are with the Haut Funeral Homes in Wishek, ND.
