Delores Neubauer

Delores B. Neubauer, 79, passed away Saturday January 3, 2015 at Ave Maria Village in Jamestown, ND.

Delores was born in St. Paul, MN to Lawrence and Dorothy (Carlson) Ruddy. She spent her time growing up there and completed all her schooling there.

She was united in marriage on March 7, 1953 to Roger C. Neubauer, Sr., in St. Paul, MN. They lived there, Newport (Woodbury), and Minneapolis, MN.

Delores was the best "mom" in the world. Her children always came first in her life. She was the best cook and baker ever. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, crossword puzzles, and helping her children with anything and everything.

Her daughter, Deb, and she resided together for many years in Minot, ND. The last few years Delores resided at Ave Maria Village in Jamestown, ND. She had wonderful care there and also special care from hospice.

Her husband, Roger, passed away on July 8, 2004. They had four children; one daughter and three sons.

Delores is survived by her daughter, Deb Kamke, Jud, ND; 3 sons, Craig (Mary) Neubauer, Henderson, IA, Kevin, Council Bluffs, IA, Roger Jr., Bellevue, NE; 1 brother, Myles Ruddy, Minneapolis, MN; 1 special daughter in-law Kathy (Kevin) O'Neil, Omaha, NE; 3 grandsons Brian Harlow, Grand Rapids, MN, Shannon (Theresa) Neubauer, Justin (Michelle) Neubauer, Omaha, NE; and 5 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, 1 brother Larry, and 1 son in-law.

Funeral Service- 4:00 pm Friday January 9, 2015 in the Chapel at Ave Maria Village in Jamestown, ND.

Visitation will be an hour before the service.

Interment will be at the Rosehill Cemetery in Minot, ND.
