Casey Lee Westbrook, 46, Kodiak, Alaska, died July 31, 2005 at his home in Kodiak.

Casey Westbrook was born November 8, 1958 at Fargo, ND, the son of Clarence (Wes) and Lucy (Baker) Westbrook. He attended Cleveland Public School and graduated from Cleveland High School in 1977.

He joined the United State National Guards in Jamestown. For a short time he did carpentry work in Jamestown before moving to Kodiak Island in 1980 where he has resided since. At Kodiak he was known for his carpentry skills and finishing work.

He loved hunting and fishing in the around the Kodiak area.

He is survived by his 2 children, Travis (Elissa) Westbrook, Livermore, CA, Nicole Westbrook, Odis, OR, 3 brothers, Phil (Elaine) Murchie, Fargo, ND, Kelly (Dottie) Murchie, Jamestown, ND, Duke McCarthy, Cleveland, ND, 5 sisters, Lolly (Bill) Klose, Urbana, ND, Cheryl (Chuck) Biel, Carrington, Ann (Don) Yost, Lincoln, NE, Judy West, Jamestown, ND, and Linda (Rich) Michaelis, Paynesville, MN.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his step father, Ralph McCarthy, and his nephew, Jerry Rudolph.

The funeral service will be held in Kodiak, Alaska and in Jamestown at a later date.

There will be a private family burial at the Cleveland Cemetery, Cleveland, ND, at a later date.
