Bill was born August 7, 1971 in Detroit, MI, the son of Roy Raymond McQuisten and Jean Marie (Hendrickson) McQuisten. He attended school and grew up in Michigan.

Billy and Lois Young were married and made their home in Jamestown, ND. He was currently working at Hugo’s Grocery as a stock person.

He is survived by his wife, Lois, Jamestown, ND and 1 sister, Joanie Kwiathoski, Capac, MI.
