Aurora Feldt

Aurora Feldt, 88, Wishek, ND formerly of Jamestown, ND died Monday October 20, 2008 in the Wishek Home for the Aged in Wishek, ND

Aurora Muske was born December 29, 1919 on the family farm, near Dickey, ND the daughter of Carl and Marie Muske. She attended the local school and graduated from the Dickey High School. She then attended school in Ellendale for 3 years before graduating from the University in Grand Forks, ND. She taught Physical Education at Milbank and Mitchell, SD and later at Glasgow, MT

She and Harold Feldt were married in December of 1947 at Dickey, ND. They made their home in Glasgow, MT until 1980 until he retired from the Railroad and they moved to Hamilton, MT. In the fall of 1989 they moved to Jamestown. She entered the Wishek Home for the Aged on January 15, 2003. Harold recently moved to Lehr to be closer to Aurora.

Aurora enjoyed hunting, fishing and hobbies. She was an avid rock hound and oil painter.

Surviving are her husband, Harold, Lehr, ND, one brother Duane Muske, Dickey, ND, one sister Shirley (Lee) Anderson Warwick, ND.

She was preceded in death by her parents 2 brothers, Oscar and Eugene, 1 sister Vera Derheim.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday October 22, 2008 in the Berlin Cemetery, Berlin, North Dakota, with Rev. Ken Ballard, officiating.
