Alma Nitschke, 75, Jamestown, North Dakota died Wednesday February 8, 2006 at Meritcare Hospital in Fargo, North Dakota.
Alma Nitschke was born July 15, 1930 on the family farm North of Jud, North Dakota the daughter of Mathias Nitschke and Katherina (Lippert) Nitschke. She attended the Jud School and grew to womanhood in the vicinity.
She worked at the Anne Carlsen School for many years as an aide, later was employed with Hi-Acres Manor in Jamestown until her retirement. She has continued to reside in Jamestown.
Surviving are 2 brothers, Leonard (Viola) Nitschke, Jud, ND, Edwin (Luella) Nitschke, Montpelier, ND, 1 half sister Bertha Stoy, Everett, WA, and several nieces and nephews.
She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Jamestown, ND.
She was preceded in death by her parents, 5 brothers, 1 sister, 2 half sister and 3 half brothers.
The funeral service will be at 2:00 PM Saturday February 11, 2006 at the First Assembly of God Church in Jamestown, ND with Rev. Darrell Losing, pastor officiating.
Interment will be made in the Sunset Memorial Gardens, Jamestown, ND.
